Dr. Rebecca Lundeen is a teacher turned educational psychologist, learning experience designer, researcher and university professor applying learning science to passionately transform education and ensure engaging, evidence-driven, human-centered learning design and facilitation that improves motivation and performance. She is the Director of Learning and Performance for Kaizen Human Capital and an Associate Adjunct Professor in Learning, Design and Technology at the University of San Diego.

Dr. Lundeen provides learning design, research and evaluation training and consulting for clients in the nonprofit, philanthropic, government, academic, and corporate sectors.

She received a doctoral degree in educational leadership and educational psychology from the University of Southern California, with a focus on learning science, motivation, self-regulation, and program evaluation.
