Nattawan has led teams through project and technical operations initiatives for Kaizen since 2020. She brings over fifteen years of experience working in higher education and consulting services. In her kaizen consulting roles she focuses in graphic design, CRM, technical, people & process management, and web design. Nattawan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Thailand and her Master’s Degree in the U.S. from Washington State University.
